These terms describe the basic rules for using Renderivo. They are written for clarity and should be reviewed alongside any agreement, checkout terms, or provider terms shown during account or payment flows.
Use of Renderivo
Renderivo provides AI-assisted product image tools, dashboard workflows, and API access for ecommerce image production. You are responsible for the images, prompts, account activity, and marketplace use cases you submit.
Accounts and credits
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. Credits are reserved before a job starts, captured when a job succeeds, and refunded automatically when an eligible job fails.
Your content
You should only upload or submit content you own or have permission to use. You keep responsibility for reviewing generated outputs before publishing them on stores, ads, marketplaces, or other channels.
API usage
API access must be used within documented limits and may not be used to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with Renderivo systems or third-party services.
No guaranteed marketplace approval
Renderivo helps prepare marketplace-ready visuals, but each marketplace has its own policies. We cannot guarantee approval, ranking, conversion, or commercial performance.
Changes and availability
Features, providers, pricing, credit packs, and availability may change as the product evolves. If a material policy changes, the published terms page will be updated.
