Terms for creating with Renderivo.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Renderivo turns text prompts and images into 3D model files. Outputs may require inspection or cleanup before production, printing, or safety-critical use.

You retain rights you already hold in prompts, uploads, and outputs. You grant Renderivo and its infrastructure and generation providers the limited permission needed to process, store, secure, and deliver that content.

You are responsible for permission to upload content and for checking that use of an output does not infringe another person's rights. Renderivo does not guarantee that outputs are unique, production-ready, or free of third-party rights. No commercial-use or resale right is promised beyond rights supported by the active provider terms and applicable law.

Generation costs are shown before submission. Reserved credits are returned when Renderivo verifies a terminal provider failure. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred, and may expire with their plan.

The Creator subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Paddle shows the billing period, tax treatment, and final charge before payment.

Subscription access is granted only after Renderivo verifies a signed payment-provider event on the server. A browser checkout event by itself does not grant credits or paid access.

Generation may be delayed or fail because of provider capacity, input complexity, or maintenance. We may change models, limits, and features to maintain the service while honoring applicable consumer rights.

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee that every output fits your intended use. To the extent permitted by law, Renderivo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may restrict accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or abuse the service. You may stop using Renderivo at any time.
