Keep the job in your library and check later. Refreshing or closing the tab does not cancel a submitted job. Avoid duplicates while the first job is active.

A verified terminal failure is marked in the library and its reserved credits are returned. If that does not happen, contact us with the job ID.

Try GLB first in a current desktop browser. Other formats appear only when supplied for that generation. Include the job ID, browser, and format when reporting an issue.

Use the same sign-in method used at registration. Include your account email and transaction reference for billing help, but never complete card information.
