We process account and authentication details; plan and credit records; prompts, uploaded images, generation settings, job status, and file references; and basic device, security, and product usage events.

We use data to authenticate you, run and restore jobs, show your asset library, provide downloads, prevent abuse, process billing, support you, and improve reliability.

Our hosting platform may provide a coarse two-letter country code derived from the request so Renderivo can choose an initial region and language. Renderivo does not read precise location or store a raw IP address in its application database for this preference. You can override the default at any time; a small device preference may be stored so your manual choice wins on later visits.

Generation inputs are sent to the configured AI model provider. Firebase supports authentication and application records; Vercel supports hosting, storage, and product analytics; Paddle processes checkout and subscription data. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments. Processing may occur outside your country subject to applicable safeguards.

We retain account, generation, billing, security, and support records only while reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Retention can differ by provider and record type. We use access controls and server-side authorization, but no online system is risk-free.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to identity verification and legal, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention duties. Contact us from your account email. Renderivo is not directed to children under 13.
