Data we collect
Renderivo may process account details, authentication state, billing events, credit balances, uploaded images, generated outputs, API keys, job metadata, and analytics events needed to operate and improve the product.
How data is used
We use data to authenticate accounts, run image jobs, reserve and settle credits, process checkout and webhook events, show history and usage, secure the service, and understand product performance.
Media and generated outputs
Uploaded and generated media is used to complete the workflows you request. Do not upload images that you do not own, cannot process, or are not allowed to use for your store or marketplace.
Service providers
Renderivo relies on infrastructure, payment, storage, analytics, and AI processing providers to deliver the service. Secrets and provider keys are handled server-side and are not intentionally exposed to browser clients.
Retention and deletion
Account and job records may be retained for billing, security, support, and product operation. You can request account deletion from the product surfaces where that option is available.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit optional images or prompts, revoke API keys, sign out, and request deletion where supported. Some records may remain when needed for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
