Fair handling for failed jobs and billing issues.

This policy explains automatic credit returns and how to request help with a payment.

Failed generations

Credits reserved for a generation are returned when Renderivo verifies a terminal provider failure. Slow or queued jobs are not failures. A completed output that differs from a creative expectation does not automatically qualify for a credit return.

Subscriptions

You may cancel future renewal through your billing controls. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; unused credits are not redeemable for cash.

Refund requests

For a duplicate, unauthorized, or technically incorrect charge, contact us within 14 days with your account email and transaction details. We review requests individually and honor mandatory consumer rights.
